Our company is only as strong as its employees. We employ a team of professionals, including grant managers, planners, and subject matter experts and specialists in Labor Standards, Environmental Review, Procurement, Applications, Fair Housing, and Client Services. The support of our team allows us to be proactive in project implementation, managing hundreds of grants across a variety of programs simultaneously for high-quality, integrated services.

We believe in hiring skilled and experienced employees. Roughly half of our team holds a master’s degree in city planning, engineering, construction, management, or related fields. Our talent often comes from successful careers in state and local government or consulting. This allows us to hire from within and promote a culture of accountability.

Our integrated services staff work as a team to promote the betterment of the communities. Having Planning, Disaster Recovery, Community Development, and Hazard Mitigation staff under one roof help us solve problems and improve performance.

After years as a grant administrator, we’ve developed a new service delivery model that stresses full-service, turn-key grant management. Our services now include disaster recovery, housing, coastal, parks, public service, transportation, broadband, economic development, and related programs. We’ve also developed relationships with funding agencies and legislature by attending board meetings, providing public comment, and offering support.
