Practical Experience
We have extensive knowledge of FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA), and Public Assistance (PA) programs, to name a few. Our expert team has prepared 34 multi-jurisdictional and single-jurisdiction hazard mitigation plans, including 120 participating entities, and has secured and managed over $1.68 billion in Public Assistance, Disaster Recovery, and Mitigation funds.

Our deep bench strength of experienced disaster response and recovery personnel equips us for rapid deployment, ready to assist at a moment’s notice. We currently serve 4 states and 7 cities on standby contracts in the event of a natural disaster.
Regulation Proficiency
Our Disaster Recovery and Resiliency experts have extensive knowledge of FEMA PA & Mitigation Programs, including FEMA’s current Public Assistance Program Delivery Model and the Simplified Procedures initiatives, and mastery of FEMA Grants Portal and state grant management portals. Other statutes and regulations within our expertise include the Robert T. Stafford Act, Disaster Recovery Uniform Act, 2 CFR 200, 24 CFR Part 570, and Uniform Relocation Act.

Unmatched CDBG Experience
We have extensive experience and success with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs, having secured and managed over $5 billion disaster recovery funds through the Department of Housing & Urban Development. In our 45-year history, we have developed, implemented, and successfully completed more than 2,250 CDBG, CDBG-DR (Disaster Recovery), and CDBG-MIT (Mitigation) projects.
Experience & Execution
As a large grant administrator, we boast 300+ professionals, including 14 full-time certified CDBG grant managers to assist with every aspect of the project. We provide personal attention for each and every project, so you won’t get lost in the shuffle.
In-House Specialists
