Pineland Families Receive New Homes Through HOME HRA Program
GrantWorks is proud to celebrate another milestone in our ongoing partnership with Texas communities as two Pineland City families recently received keys to their newly reconstructed homes through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Homeowner Reconstruction Assistance (HRA) Program.
On July 8, HOME recipient Kaleigh Anderson, and HOME recipients Thelma McClelland and Jerry Dickerson officially moved into their newly renovated homes, marking the successful completion of a project designed to address critical housing needs for income-eligible homeowners.

The HOME Program’s Impact
Administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), the HOME Program helps communities improve housing conditions and expand access to safe, affordable homes.
The City of Pineland partnered with GrantWorks to guide the project through the grant administration process, from application to completion, and RM Quality Construction, LLC for the reconstruction.
The updated residences provide safe housing that will benefit these families for years to come.
